Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as EHS Manager or Senior Safety Officer; semiconductor experience is a plus.
• Must hold active safety certifications (BOSH, COSH, LCM, or DOLE/DENR accreditations).
• Strong knowledge of local EHS reporting codes, documentation, and green laws.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain comprehensive high-tech plant safety and green policies.
• Ensure alignment with DOLE-OSHC, DENR-EMB, LLDA and local semiconductor standards.
• Lead safety audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
• Drive safety culture through drills, training, and safety committees.
