Job summary

Advanced Energy in the Philippines (Rosario area) seeks a Senior Environment, Health and Safety Engineer to lead EHS programs, drive risk management, and ensure regulatory compliance at the site.

You will oversee incident investigations, CAPA, audits, and training while acting as PCO and Safety Officer, collaborating across Operations, Facilities, HR, and Quality to strengthen safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering relevant to EHS disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in EHS, safety, or environmental compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine EHS laws, DOLE, DENR, PEZA.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of EHS programs to ensure safe, compliant workplaces.
• Drive risk management via HIRA, JHA, MOC and related methods.
• Lead incident investigations and implement CAPA to prevent recurrence.
• Act as site EHS SME, guiding management, supervisors and staff.
• Develop EHS objectives and KPIs aligned with corporate/regulatory needs.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance, audits and reviews.
• Serve as Pollution Control Officer and Safety Officer per regulations.
• Lead regulatory activities: permits, inspections, reporting with DOLE, DENR, PEZA, FDA.
• Oversee environmental programs: waste, emissions, chemical management, sustainability.
• Develop/EHS training, safety campaigns, and awareness initiatives.
