Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of local EHS reporting codes, documentation, and green laws.

Responsibilities

ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH, & SAFETY (EHS) MANAGER

Job Overview

Target Locality: Preferred applicants from Pampanga, Tarlac, or nearby areas only.

Accommodation Note: No staff housing or accommodation is provided for outside applicants.

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Must be open to overtime when necessary)

Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: ₱60,000 and above per month

Negotiability: Highly negotiable based on your specialized skills, active certifications, and technical track record.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Design: Blueprint, implement, and maintain comprehensive high-tech plant safety and green policies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Secure absolute alignment with DOLE-OSHC, DENR-EMB, LLDA, and local semiconductor standards.
• Risk Mitigation: Mastermind regular safety audits, hazard assessments, and swift incident investigations.
• Safety Culture: Lead interactive drills, compliance training, and safety committees to embed a zero-accident mindset.

Job Requirements

• Proven Track Record: Solid experience as an EHS Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Safety Officer (Semicon/Electronics manufacturing experience is a major plus).
• Mandatory Credentials: Must hold active safety certifications (BOSH, COSH, LCM, or specialized DOLE/DENR accreditations).
• Legal Mastery: Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of local EHS reporting codes, industrial documentation, and green laws.
• Crisis Leadership: Superior critical thinking, sharp interpersonal skills, and elite emergency response management.
