Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management seeks an experienced EHS Manager to design, implement, and oversee workplace safety and environmental compliance in a Clark, Pampanga onsite facility. This full-time, direct-hire role offers a starting salary of ₱60,000 and above, negotiable based on certifications and experience.

The candidate will lead DOLE-OSHC, DENR-EMB, LLDA compliance, conduct audits and risk assessments, and drive safety training and committee meetings to foster a proactive safety culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related disciplines required.
• Female preferred for this role.
• Extensive EHS management experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum of 10 years of tenure in the Philippines.

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE-OSHC, DENR-EMB, LLDA and other local standards.
• Conduct safety audits, hazard assessments, risk evaluations, and incident investigations.

• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen industrial risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Industry Background: Must have a solid, extensive EHS management track record strictly within the Manufacturing industry.

Work Stability: Minimum of 10 years of continuous tenure within a single company in the Philippines.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related disciplines from top-tier universities.

Leadership: Exceptional communication skills, strict accountability, and a highly proactive approach to industrial risk management.
