Job summary

Northern Trust in Manila seeks an experienced financial analyst to support ECOO management with complex analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You will collaborate with North America partners and Manila teams to ensure accurate budgeting, variance analysis, and financial insights that drive strategic decisions.

The role requires 10+ years in finance-related functions, CPA is a plus, and a strong command of ERP/reporting tools with experience in cross-border environments.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• 4-year degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, planning and analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly/quarterly reporting including forecasting and P&L variance analysis.
• Assist in annual planning and budgeting processes for the business unit.
• Process invoices, cost chargebacks, and support month-end close.
