Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a skilled financial professional to handle complex analysis, forecasting, and reporting for ECOO Business Units. You will work with onshore and Manila teams to deliver accurate financial insights and drive decision making.

You will support monthly close, budgeting, and variance analyses, while coordinating with North America partners to ensure knowledge transfer and process improvements. This role operates mainly in Manila with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field.
• CPA is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex financial analysis, forecast/plan, reporting.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly close processes and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for ECOO Business Units.
• Prepare and present reports and management-facing materials.
• Collaborate with North America-based partners on knowledge transfer.
