Job summary

Northern Trust in Manila seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead complex financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for ECOO Management. You will prepare variance analyses, support budgeting, and drive efficiency with cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities include month-end close, cost allocations, and ad hoc projects. CPA is a plus; 10+ years in finance is preferred. Strong communication and BI skills are essential to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• CPA is a plus but not required.
• 10+ years of collective experience in general and cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, procurement, project management and analysis.
• Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly/quarterly reporting processes including forecasting and P&L variance analysis.
• Support annual planning and forecast with budget integrity for business units.
• Process invoices, cost chargebacks, and assist in month-end close activities.
• Collaborate with North America-based partners and Manila for knowledge transfer and efficiency improvements.
