Job summary

Beiersdorf is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager for E‑Commerce to drive the commercial performance across Shopee and Lazada, coordinating with distributors, marketplace customers and internal teams. You will partner with the Head of E‑Commerce to steer annual planning, forecasting and investments.

You will own the channel budget, ROI assessments and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize GMV, traffic and conversions, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of E-Commerce marketing or brand management experience
• Hands-on knowledge of online marketing and sales techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Financial and analytical skills to evaluate ROI and allocate resources

Responsibilities

• Own channel sell-in and deliver annual net sales targets
• Build and execute growth plans for Shopee and Lazada with distributors and marketplaces
• Lead business reviews, identify opportunities and take corrective action
• Own channel budget, forecasting and investment governance
• Maintain MB Base File and ensure reporting accuracy
• Evaluate ROI and optimise resource allocation
• Align commercially with distributor and hold accountable to KPIs
• Drive forecasting, inventory management and sell-in execution
• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Demand Planning and Sales
• Turn data into insights and clear recommendations
• Governance and performance across Shopee and Lazada
• Lead, coach and develop the team driving marketplace execution, GMV, traffic and conversion
• Guide campaign planning, promotional strategy and assortment priorities
• Keep key business metrics visible and reported on time
