Job summary

ZALORA Group is seeking a Senior Content Writer to own product content production and quality ops for ZALORA Indonesia and other platforms supported by ZALORA e-Production Services.

The role involves creating and reviewing product descriptions, translating with AI-assisted tools, and coordinating with the ZALORA Indonesia team to meet market-specific requirements. Senior level duties include independent work and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent command of English: grammar, spelling, sentence structure, tone.
• Ability to review, edit, and validate AI-assisted translations.
• Bahasa Indonesia knowledge is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in content writing, product copywriting, e-commerce content, catalog management, translation, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify content, translation, formatting, and catalog-related errors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with SEO tools, e-commerce platforms, and CMS is preferred.
• Experience using AI-assisted writing or translation tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Product Content Creation: write clear, accurate product descriptions and verify facts.
• Translation and Market Adaptation: use AI translations and edit for accuracy, tone, and context.
• Content Quality and Catalog Support: perform quality checks on images, descriptions, and catalog data; escalate gaps.
• Team Support: guide teammates on content, translation, and workflow; support daily operations.
• Process Improvement and Stakeholder Management: identify gaps, propose workflow improvements, communicate with stakeholders.
