This role goes beyond posting ads: you’ll automate repetitive tasks, optimize creative and targeting, and collaborate with CRM and analytics to inform decisions and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning; comfortable with data.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Basic scripting/spreadsheet automation is a plus (e.g., Python or Google Apps Script).
• Curiosity and fast learning; able to work with minimal hand-holding.
• Clear, structured communication to explain data and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Help build and maintain catalogue-driven ad formats linked to product feeds.
• Analyze campaign performance daily/weekly and translate data into actionable insights.

• Collaborate with CRM and analytics to understand customer behavior across funnels.
• Prepare performance summaries and leadership-ready insights.
• Coordinate with creative, CRM, and category teams to align campaigns with priorities.

ROLE SUMMARY:

ZALORA is Southeast Asia's leading fashion e-commerce platform, operating across the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. We're looking for a fresh graduate to join our Performance Marketing team — someone sharp, analytical, and genuinely comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter, not just someone who can run a checklist.

This isn't a traditional "post ads and pull reports" role. You'll be expected to question the data, spot what's not working, and actively look for ways to automate or speed up manual campaign work using AI — from optimizing creative and targeting to building your own small tools and scripts where useful.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Tiktok, ASA etc
• Help build and maintain catalogue-driven ad formats (Carousel, Collection) tied to our product feed
• Analyze campaign performance daily/weekly and translate the numbers into clear, actionable recommendations
• Identify manual, repetitive tasks in the campaign workflow and propose or build AI-assisted ways to automate them
• Work with CRM and analytics data to understand customer behavior across acquisition and retention funnels
• Assist in preparing performance summaries and insights for leadership reviews
• Collaborate with creative, CRM, and category teams to align campaigns with business priorities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fresh graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning — comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and drawing conclusions from data
• Genuine, hands-on familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) - able to use them to research, analyze, write scripts, or automate tasks, not just for generic Q&A
• Basic scripting/spreadsheet automation ability is a strong plus (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, or similar)
• High curiosity and fast learning ability - this role moves quickly and expects you to figure things out with minimal hand-holding
• Clear, structured communication - able to explain data and recommendations simply

NICE TO HAVE:

• Prior exposure to Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or any paid media platform (internship, coursework, or personal projects)
• Experience with SQL, Python, or Google Apps Script
• Personal projects involving data scraping, automation, or AI tool-building
