Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. seeks a Technical Lead to drive the delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions in Ortigas. You will align business goals with technical design, governance, and quality standards while guiding the team through complex integrations and deployments.

You will mentor developers, oversee DevOps pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and strong documentation for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science/IT/Engineering; Master’s degree or equivalent experience an advantage.
• Experience configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Experience with Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Experience with SharePoint integration.
• Strong background in system architecture, development, and integration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Git), and automated deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and governance processes.
• Project Planning & Delivery: Define technical work items, align with PM, and maintain build plans.
• Technical Leadership: Review designs, manage SIT/UAT, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.
• Team & Vendor Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, evaluate vendors, and manage performance.
• Support & Knowledge Sharing: Provide Hypercare support and contribute to knowledge base and onboarding.
