Job summary

Schneider Electric Philippines is seeking an experienced Production Planner for Cavite and Rosario plants to ensure on-time delivery through accurate planning and coordination of demand, materials, and capacity. You will develop and control production schedules, monitor open orders, address bottlenecks, and collaborate with Customer Care, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, and Planning teams.

Five days onsite; bachelor's degree and 3+ years in manufacturing planning required; ERP experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or related.
• At least 3 years of experience in production or material planning in a manufacturing plant.
• Experience in ERP (SAP, Kinaxis, or Oracle).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent coordination skills and ability to manage fast-paced factory environments.
• Working arrangements: Full-time onsite reporting, 5x a week.

Responsibilities

• Planning, controlling, and developing a production plan to fulfill customer requirements.
• Weekly OTDS measure and develop action OTD for the month.
• Perform root cause analysis for OTDS failed lines.
• Validate machine, manpower, and line availability to ensure schedules are realistic and executable.
• Align production plan with planners based on capacity, orders, and material availability.
• Coordinate with the customer if the customer needs to pull in orders.
• Monitor line production running as follows: daily plan.
• Control FG stock: Ensure stock accuracy & stock level.
• Ensure all FG once produced is shipped.
• Track actual production output vs. plan (attainment, schedule adherence, WIP flow).
• Re-schedule open orders when issues arise (machine breakdowns, missing materials, quality issues).
• Work with Manufacturing to address bottlenecks and maintain flow across Cavite and Rosario operations.

Job description

Responsible for increasing and strengthening on-time delivery with accurate information to customers for Schneider Electric's Cavite and Rosario manufacturing plants. Ensures that demand, materials, and capacity are aligned so production executes according to plan, supporting OTD and factory performance targets.

Ensure On time delivery to Customers

• Planning, controlling, and developing a production plan to fulfill customer requirements.
• Weekly OTDS measure and develop action OTD for the month.
• Perform Root cause analysis for the OTDS failed Line.
• Validate machine, manpower, and line availability to ensure schedules are realistic and executable.

Manage Open Order between DC and P1F (including Manual order from Plant)

• Align production plan with planners based on capacity (bottleneck) & Orders & Material availability.
• Coordinate with the customer if the customer needs to pull in orders
• Monitor line production running as follows: daily plan
• Control FG Stock: Ensure stock accuracy & stock level
• Ensure all FG once produced is shipped.

Ensure production queue is under control

• Track actual production output vs. plan (attainment, schedule adherence, WIP flow).
• Re-schedule open orders when issues arise (machine breakdowns, missing materials, quality issues).
• Work with Manufacturing to address bottlenecks and maintain flow across Cavite and Rosario operations.
• Control bumping customer orders and analyze the root cause.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Customer Care, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, and Planning teams.
• Communicate risks, changes, and recovery plans through daily Tier meetings.
• Provide timely visibility of schedule changes to all stakeholders.
• Update KPIs such as Schedule Adherence, attainment, WIP health, and material issues.
• Support Lean, digital tools, and continuous improvement projects to strengthen planning accuracy and plant efficiency.
