Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Production Planning Analyst to consolidate daily production reports, coordinate across departments, and ensure on-time target delivery. Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or Financial Management.
• At least two years of relevant planning experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Knowledgeable in Power BI and SAP is a plus.

Coordinate planning activities across departments and ensure target commitment date are meet.

Monitors, updates and analyzes inventory movement and ensure efficient and effective inventory system.

Draws delivery and dispatch schedule and coordinates to Logistic for booking and truck allocation.

Coordinates production plans to warehouse to ensure materials are complete according to schedule.

Coordinates interplant inventory transfer activities and ensure materials are readily and available.

Conduct data collection and analysis to support planning initiatives.

Conduct monthly actual inventory (or as needed)

Assists immediate head on preparation of weekly and monthly reports.

Perform tasks that may be assigned by immediate head.

QUALIFICATION:

Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or Financial Management.

At least two (2) years of relevant planning experience in manufacturing is an advantage.

Possesses good analytical skill and critical thinking.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).

Knowledgeable in Power BI and SAP is a plus.
