Job summary

STENIEL MINDANAO PACKAGING CORPORATION in Davao del Norte is seeking a Production Scheduler to plan and coordinate daily production operations, ensuring efficient use of materials and timely output.

The role requires strong planning, communication, and organizational skills; the successful candidate will monitor production performance and prepare improvement reports.

Qualifications

• Must be an engineering graduate, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• Must have good oral and communication skills, and good planning and organizing skills.
• Must have good interpersonal relations skills.
• Must have computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Willing to be assigned to Alejal, Carmen Davao del Norte

• Planning and scheduling daily production operation.
• Maximizing available paper size and optimizing job sequences.
• Resetting of delivery upon request of customer.
• Replenishment of stocks for fast moving orders covered with PO per customer request.
• Handle the scheduling of special jobs for accreditation with accredited plants/sub-contractors.
• Ensure that the quality of products and services are in accordance with the agreed customer standard and performance requirement.
• Prepare reports on production performance, scheduling issues and improvement recommendations.
