Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Global Services in Manila, Taguig, Philippines seeks a Senior Director, Process Excellence to lead CI and PI programs across all GS functions. You will drive Lean Six Sigma to improve customer experience, service quality, and cost efficiency, while setting strategy for Celonis-based analytics and adoption across the enterprise.

The role requires a strong track record of leading large PE teams in shared services, excellent stakeholder management, and deep expertise in process

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years in Process Excellence or related field.
• BA/BS degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven people management experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt/Master Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with Process Mining/Task Mining preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop short, mid, and long-term strategies for Process Excellence within Global Services.
• Ensure PE team resources are adequately funded and aligned with objectives.
• Engage on large, impactful projects via sponsorship or steering committees.
• Lead early discovery phases to shape scope and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with other capabilities to align objectives and tactics.
• Maintain portfolio visibility with data for ongoing reporting and value realization.
