Manila Kitchens is looking for an experienced and hands‑on Operations Director to lead and strengthen our end‑to‑end operations as we continue to scale.

The Operations Director will oversee the execution side of the business, ensuring that operations and projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and according to our quality standards.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can manage complex operations, lead multiple teams, improve systems, and take full ownership of execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage entire company operation functions.
• Ensure projects are properly planned, coordinated, executed, and delivered on schedule
• Improve production planning, manpower allocation, scheduling, and operational capacity
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they affect project delivery

• Ability to build systems and processes in a growing organization
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
• Strong leadership and accountability mindset
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills

Experience in commercial construction, fit‑out, manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, kitchen equipment, or related industries is preferred. Senior architects and engineers, as well as candidates with Senior Project Manager or similar project leadership backgrounds, will have a strong advantage.
