Great Deals E-Commerce Corporation is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead fulfillment, warehouse, and inventory across B2C and B2B. This strategic role partners with the COO and senior leaders to scale operations for rapid growth.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, implement data-driven processes, and manage budgets while driving efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience in operations management, with expertise in fulfillment, warehouse management, and inventory control.
• Proven track record in B2C and B2B environments in e‑commerce and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain optimization, project management, and quality management frameworks.
• Skilled in data‑driven decision-making, strategic planning, and process improvement.
• Exceptional leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading large, multi‑site operations in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead fulfillment operations to ensure orders are processed, packed, and shipped on time.
• Oversee nationwide warehouse operations, optimize space, labor, and equipment.
• Implement robust inventory processes to maintain accurate stock levels for B2C and B2B channels.
• Partner with the COO and senior leaders to develop operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives.
• Scale operations effectively to support rapid business growth.
