Rio Rebel Group is seeking a Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator in Cavite/Imus to ensure smooth daily fulfillment and accurate inventory management. You will oversee a small team, drive process improvements, and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time order dispatch.
Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining SOPs, monitoring KPIs, and reporting performance to management. This role requires 2–4 years in fulfillment/logistics and hands-on systems experience.
About the Role
The Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator ensures smooth, accurate, and efficient execution of daily fulfillment and inventory operations. This role bridges frontline execution and management, overseeing team performance, maintaining process accuracy, and driving continuous improvement across fulfillment and stock management.
Oversee daily fulfillment operations to ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Plan, coordinate, and implement fulfillment strategies with the Operations Lead/Manager for both regular operations and campaign periods.
Train, coach, and support fulfillment associates on processes, systems, and quality standards.
Maintain and update the Fulfillment Handbook to ensure that policies and procedures remain accurate and up to date.
Record, monitor, and report any discrepancies or errors related to incentive computations.
Set daily operational goals and assign tasks based on priorities and workload.
Monitor team performance throughout the day and provide clear end-of-day reports to management.
Ensure all orders are completed and dispatched on time with no pending shipments.
Coordinate daily with logistics providers for timely pick-up of outgoing orders.
Serve as the primary contact for fulfillment-related internal and external communications.
Maintain accurate records of daily fulfillment activities, issues, and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with SOPs for safety, quality, and productivity.
Supervise and train inventory clerks to ensure accurate stock tracking and organization.
Conduct actual checking of received stocks versus purchase orders.
Perform spot checks to validate accuracy between physical stock and trackers.
Observe and report stock performance (slow-moving, excess, and best-selling items).
Maintain organized storage areas and proper stock arrangement.
Follow up on purchase orders and ensure sufficient supplies for packaging and fulfillment.
Oversee and update all inventory trackers, ensuring data accuracy.
Identify and report rejects, discrepancies, or damaged items.
Coordinate, implement, and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) during peak periods to ensure timely and efficient order processing.
Maintain and update the schedule of promotional activities and campaign events.
Handle operational concerns and elevate to management when needed.
Identify process delays and implement corrective actions immediately.
Create and recommend policy or procedural improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Plot schedules for inventory and fulfillment tasks to optimize team workflow during daily operations and high-demand periods or campaigns.
Track KPIs and report operational insights to the Chief Operations Officer.
2–4 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or inventory operations (e-commerce experience preferred).
Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
Experience in team leadership roles supervising or coordinating small operational teams within a fast paced environment.
Can manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.
Comfortable using inventory or fulfillment systems (E-commerce platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, etc.)
