Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a DXR Specialist to lead end-to-end user research initiatives, shaping product strategy and user experience. You will partner with product, design, and engineering teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations and drive decision-making.

Qualifications

3–5 years of overall experience conducting and managing end-to-end research initiatives (UX, CX, Market, Product).
At least 1 year of dedicated UX research experience with user studies such as usability testing and interviews.
Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and observational studies.
Portfolio or case studies demonstrating research impact and collaboration with product teams.
Proficient English and Filipino communication.

Responsibilities

Independently plan and conduct end-to-end user research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Analyze and synthesize data into actionable insights informing product strategy and UX design.
Utilize descriptive statistics, trend analysis, and segmentation to support data-driven decisions.
Lead AI-enhanced research, analysis, and reporting to improve efficiency and quality.
Evaluate journeys, workflows, and prototypes to identify usability issues and opportunities.
Lead benchmarking with industry and competitors to identify best practices and differentiation.
