Maya is seeking a UX Research Specialist to uncover deep insights about our users and translate them into product strategy. You will work with designers, PMs, engineers, and marketers to shape how we build experiences that delight customers.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of professional experience in user research.
Experience integrating user research into product design, strategy and policy.
Excellent ability to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
Track record collaborating with multidisciplinary UX/product teams.

Responsibilities

Set up research initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Design and conduct studies addressing user behavior and attitudes; derive actionable insights.
Manage day-to-day in-house user testing initiatives and build a insights library.
Communicate findings to designers, product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
Advise on best practices and market trends to inform medium/long-term product strategy.
