The role requires a proven senior creative leader with a portfolio across websites, social, email, and campaigns, balancing premium craft with performance. You will mentor a diverse team, collaborate with partners, and drive AI‑assisted tools to accelerate production

Qualifications

10–12+ years in digital creative or related fields with 5+ years in senior leadership.
Strong portfolio across websites, social, email, campaigns, motion, and design systems.
Advanced craft in layout, typography, motion, and design systems.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; ability to integrate AI tools into workflows.
Background in hospitality, entertainment, gaming, or premium brands preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and evangelize digital creative vision and design language across channels.
Personally art direct and execute high-priority digital work; elevate quality before release.
Oversee creative development across websites, social, email, and campaigns for consistency.
Lead, mentor, and develop the digital creative team and external partners.
Govern brand consistency, design systems, and compliance across channels.
Collaborate with analytics to evaluate performance and iteratively improve creatives.
