Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Designer to drive visual concepts for our digital and e-commerce teams. You will lead design work, guide a small group of junior designers, and shape creative output from concept to execution.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, collaboration with the Digital Media Head, and delivering on-brand, high-quality assets for campaigns and materials. A strong portfolio and proficiency in modern design tools are essential.

Qualifications

Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce, digital, and advertising design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or Canva.
Familiarity with Notion or ability to learn new tools quickly.
Experience mentoring, reviewing, or providing feedback to other designers.
Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Create engaging ad creatives using product photos and digital assets.
Set the creative direction for new projects and guide junior designers in execution.
Review designs, provide constructive feedback, and ensure quality and brand consistency.
Develop campaign, promotional, event, and other marketing materials.
Use performance data and creative insights to improve future designs and campaigns.
