Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Multimedia Designer to own the visual world of Wellspring across screens and shelves. You will guard the brand, craft hero campaigns, and produce scroll-stopping content for ecommerce and social channels in a fast-growing consumer health brand.

You will create multi-format assets, design packaging for shelf presence, and mentor junior designers while collaborating with performance marketing to scale creative systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multimedia or graphic design experience, preferably with a consumer brand or ecommerce background.
• Strong portfolio showing static, motion, and video across ecommerce, social, and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-format creative across static, motion, and video for ecommerce listings, A+ content, social ads, packaging, and retail materials.
• Create high-converting assets for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Meta tailored to each platform.
• Cut short-form videos for TikTok and Reels, live-selling overlays, and product storytelling that stops the scroll.
• Elevate and protect Wellspring's brand system across all touchpoints.
• Design packaging, launches, in-store displays, and retail collateral for Watsons, SM, and Landers.
• Partner with performance marketing to craft testable creatives and iterate quickly.
• Mentor junior designers and help build scalable creative systems.
