Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 10–12 years of enterprise software development experience, with 5–7 years in leadership.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in financial services or digital banking.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Execute the technical roadmap for the digital banking platform.
• Lead debt reduction and optimization of platform performance.
• Directly manage a team of Resolution Managers and improve incident response.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to meet operational targets.
• Mentor teams and lead hiring and professional development.
