Job summary

Google Operations Center is seeking a Digital Media Senior Associate to support client and advertiser campaigns on AdWords and Analytics. You will troubleshoot performance issues, provide consults to internal and external teams, and help ensure campaigns deliver the desired ROI.

You will communicate clearly, manage time efficiently, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience with strong academics.
• 2–6 years of customer support/troubleshooting experience with online advertising/analytics products or hardware.
• Experience with Adwords and Google Analytics preferred.
