Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring dialer performance, producing payment reports, and coordinating with markets on duties. The candidate should handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting and contribute to ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Experience with dialer systems (auto-dialer operation/concepts).
• Ability to analyze dialer-output data and identify issues.
• Experience with collections processes is a plus.
• Understanding of database design, data structures and optimization.
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to evaluate solutions.
• Strong time management to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Livevox dialer experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily uploads, downloads and importing of dialer schedules.
• Document activities for outbound dialer.
• Analyze dialer-output data to identify potential problems/issues.
• Run payment reports regularly.
• Create and update dialing campaigns, filter, list strategies and reports.
• Monitor and adjust performance of the dialer systems.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the markets.
