Job summary

MCI is seeking a Dialer Administrator to monitor multiple dialing platforms and related systems. You will work with the Operations team to ensure on-time dialing, accuracy, and compliance with Company and Regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• 4 years in a similar role.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of data principles.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production of the dialing platforms and related applications to ensure on-time operation.
• Provide daily operation support and troubleshooting for software issues and downtime.
• Prepare calling lists and load calling data into CRM systems.
• Develop expertise in the function and capabilities of the different calling platforms.
• Collaborate with external vendors to resolve critical performance issues and implement preventive measures.
• Analyze system performance versus requirements and suggest improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through audits and investigations.
• Provide helpdesk support and resolve tickets and projects as needed.
• Maintain schedule flexibility for launches and deployments.
• Perform other duties as required.
