Qualifications

• 4 years in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage time well.

Responsibilities

• Configuring systems and installing software on local and remote machines; managing updates/upgrades to minimize downtime.
• Provide daily operations support, education, troubleshooting for software issues.
• Prepare calling lists and load calling data into various CRM systems.
• Develop expertise in function and capabilities of different calling platforms.
• Coordinate with external vendors to resolve performance/up-time issues and implement preventive measures.
• Analyze system performance vs requirements and suggest improvements.
• Understand regulatory compliance and manage audits and investigations to ensure compliance.
• Provide helpdesk support, resolve tickets and projects, and handle critical issues.
