Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Dialer Specialist to manage dialer operations, data analysis, and reporting to optimize collections campaigns. You’ll upload calling lists, adjust dialer settings, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues in coordination with outbound and inbound teams.

The role requires 2–3 years in dialer operations or similar, strong analytical and Excel skills, and familiarity with dialer platforms and call center technologies. Shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in dialer operations or similar role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with data interpretation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL and Python is an advantage.
• Experience in report generation, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with telephone systems, dialer platforms, and call center tech.
• Experience in digital campaign monitoring, and SMS report generation.
• Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules based on call center needs.

Responsibilities

• Upload dialer call lists based on approved schedule with Outbound Team Leaders.
• Adjust dialer settings to align with collections workflow.
• Monitor dropped calls and abandon rates daily; propose adjustments.
• Troubleshoot dialer issues with outbound/inbound teams.
• Analyze dialer-output data to identify problems and resolve them.
• Develop strategies to improve dialer performance and report to Dialer Unit Head.
• Propose improvements to the collections process to increase productivity.
• Generate reports from different digital channels.
