Job summary

MCI is seeking a Dialer Specialist to optimize automated dialing systems and improve campaign performance. You will configure settings, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with outbound regulations in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Operations, Analytics, Compliance, and IT teams, leveraging data to identify opportunities for improvement and support business objectives across multiple campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience as a Dialer Specialist.
• Experience configuring and optimizing automated dialing systems.
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting for campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize dialer settings to maximize agent productivity.
• Monitor dialer performance metrics and adjust to meet targets.
• Launch outbound campaigns with campaign managers and teams.
• Manage calling lists ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Segment calling lists based on criteria and performance metrics.
• Ensure TCPA and DNC compliance and other outbound calling laws.
• Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot issues with IT support to minimize downtime.
• Generate reports on dialer performance and campaign outcomes.
• Provide insights to management based on data analysis.
