Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in a similar role, strong Excel skills, and a basic understanding of data principles; SQL knowledge is a plus. This role requires collaboration across departments and some vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 4 years in a similar dialing/telecom operations role.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of data principles; SQL knowledge a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze performance, and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring production of dialing platforms and related applications.
• Provide daily operational support and troubleshooting for software issues.
• Prepare calling lists and load data into CRM systems.
• Develop expertise in various calling platforms and collaborate with operations.
• Work with vendors to resolve performance issues and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and assist audits and investigations.
• Provide helpdesk support and handle tickets and projects.
• Maintain schedule flexibility for new projects and updates.
