Job summary

Luxoft in the Philippines seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will collaborate with UK and Poland stakeholders and apply hands-on expertise in Ansible, scripting, and release automation.

Responsibilities include containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, code quality and security tooling, observability, and working with release management to deploy across environments. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on Ansible and on-prem DevOps experience.
• Strong scripting in Bash, Python, and Groovy.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Proficient with Git and container tech.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage source code repositories and branching strategies.
• Containerize applications with Docker and manage Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Integrate and manage code quality and security scanning tools.
• Develop automation scripts in Shell, Groovy, and Python.
• Implement observability solutions using Prometheus and ELK/OpenTelemetry.
• Collaborate with release management to plan deployments across environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize builds and deployments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of release processes and runbooks.
