Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-7+ years of software engineering, DevOps, site reliability, or platform engineering roles.
• Experience as a Software Developer with strong architecture knowledge.
• Proficiency in C#, Go, Java.
• Hands-on DevOps automation across the full software delivery lifecycle.
• Proven ownership, accountability for outcomes.
• Experience working in distributed/global teams across time zones.
• Hands-on with automation/configuration tools like Chef, Ansible, SCCM, LanDesk, Docker, Terraform, and Packer.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure), IIS, Apache, Tomcat, F5, Azure DevOps, CI/CD.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, .Net, Python, Ruby, AngularJs, NodeJs, and Go.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with automation improvements.
• Develop and maintain complex automation scripts and tooling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues from DevOps tool integration.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and infra teams to evolve workflows and environments.
• Ensure pipelines align with deployment standards, security, and monitoring guidelines.
• Design and maintain scalable, resilient platforms with a developer-first mindset.
• Own deployment strategies, automation standards, and platform reliability.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and runtime environments.
• Participate in follow-the-sun operations for platform stability across regions.
• Coordinate handoffs across shifts for operational continuity.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices and learning.
• Work with cross-functional teams for collaboration across regions (~50%).
