Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead modernization of automation across our platforms in Manila. You will design and execute strategy, build internal tooling, and drive reliable CI/CD and observability.

You will collaborate with global teams, manage cloud and containerized deployments, and mentor engineers to improve throughput and stability. This role is based in the Philippines with hybrid collaboration options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5–10 years leading DevOps and SDLC automation in financial or technology environments.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, testing integration and observability.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Design DevOps modernization and adoption strategy using industry practices.
• Engineer internal tooling to automate development, testing and production delivery.
• Automate release pipelines and improve production stability and observability.
• Collaborate with vendors and application teams to scale tooling and processes.
