Job summary

ILO Construction, Inc. is seeking a senior design leader to head the design team, crafting architectural concepts and schemes, and guiding the production of drawings for industrial projects.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced CAD skills, and excellent English communication to coordinate with structural and MEPF disciplines. The candidate will review plans, supervise drafting, attend site meetings, and develop standard building detail templates, while upholding honesty and hard work in

Qualifications

  • Licensed with minimum 10 years local and international work experience in industrial projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Honest and hardworking.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as Head of Design Team and prepares architectural design concepts and schemes.
  • Reviews construction drawings, as-built plans and shop drawings.
  • Supervise and assist in producing architectural and engineering working drawings.
  • Prepares templates for standard building details.
  • Attends site inspections and meetings.
  • Coordinates with structural, MEPF designers.
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned.
