Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support growth strategies for business deposits, revenue, and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, partnerships, and marketing teams to achieve goals.
• Identify business opportunities through market research, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare business cases and strategic recommendations for new initiatives.
• Work with Product, Tech, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to improve customer experience and processes.
• Monitor performance and contribute to regular reporting and analysis.
• Assist in governance and compliance activities, including documentation and policy updates.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
• Participate in testing and improvement of processes, systems, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, Finance, and Commercial Partnerships to drive growth.
