Qualifications

• 3+ years of agency recruitment or sourcing experience.
• Previous experience recruiting within Defence, Intelligence, National Security, Government, Aerospace, or Defence Industry sectors.
• Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and advanced talent sourcing techniques.
• Experience recruiting technical professionals across engineering, cybersecurity, ICT, software, project services, or defence capability.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong market mapping and candidate engagement experience.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment CRM platforms.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple specialist recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing specialist professionals across Defence, Intelligence, National Security, Cyber Security, Engineering, ICT, Space, Infrastructure, Construction, and Technical disciplines.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for active and future recruitment projects.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor research across Defence and Intelligence sectors.
• Screen candidates against technical skills, industry experience, security clearance requirements, and role suitability.
• Deliver high-quality candidate longlists aligned with client requirements.
