Qualifications

• Advanced sourcing and recruitment research experience.
• Experience leading or supervising a delivery team.
• Proven ability in market mapping and talent intelligence.
• Experience across APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive search consultants to understand client requirements.
• Translate briefs into structured sourcing strategies, search parameters, target-company lists, and candidate profiles.
• Lead sourcing for executive, leadership, specialist, and hard-to-fill roles across APAC.
• Conduct comprehensive market mapping across industries, functions, geographies, and competitors.
• Prepare candidate summaries and market intelligence for review.
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the search process.
