Job summary

Twilio is seeking a curious and action-oriented Financial Analyst for the Deal Desk team to support LATAM GTM. You will build complex financial models, evaluate pricing structures, and provide clear, data-driven explanations for non-standard commercial agreements.

You will partner with Sales, Legal, and Operations to structure deals that balance customer value with Twilio’s margin goals, while maintaining policy compliance and end-to-end deal velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree with 3+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, deal desk or analytical GTM role.
• Demonstrated analytical and financial skills; ability to explain financial tradeoffs clearly.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; proven experience building models and scenario analyses.

Responsibilities

• Build and analyze financial models and pricing scenarios for standard and non-standard agreements.
• Partner with Sales to structure deals considering price, volume, and risk within Twilio guardrails.
• Ensure adherence to contracting policies, approval matrices, and discount governance.
• Own the end-to-end Deal Desk workflow in Salesforce/CPQ, including Quote, pricing approvals, and DocuSign.
• Establish relationships with Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, and Sales to speed deal velocity.
• Review and structure non-standard contract language with Sales and Legal.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Lead cross-functional projects to optimize Deal Desk operations and workflows.
