You should have 5–6 years in data analytics or ML within fintech or banking, with leadership experience and strong Python/R/SQL skills, plus Tableau/Power BI for financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Stats, Math, Data Science or related field.
• 5–6 years in data analytics, ML, or data science within fintech/banking, with 1+ year in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and ML algorithms for business and risk needs.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL and data viz tools (Tableau/Power BI) for financial data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and optimize ML models for fraud, credit risk, and customer analytics.
• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights for business decisions.
• Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional teams to translate needs into data solutions.
• Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
