Job summary

Monee, a leader in digital payments and financial services in Southeast Asia, invites an Experienced IC to advance fraud analytics in Manila. You will develop fraud frameworks, support risk management, and supervise rules while coordinating with Technology to deploy system enhancements.

Ortigas/Mandaluyong location is expected. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in bank fraud, a Finance/Analytics-related degree, SQL mastery, and English fluency; Python or SAS and ML experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of fraud risk management experience in banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Statistics, Business or related field.
• Working knowledge of SQL is a must-have.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Python or SAS is a plus; ML experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the fraud data analytics framework aligned with local and industry standards.
• Support the Fraud Risk Management Team in assessing fraud control requirements.
• Supervise the overall fraud rules and authentication management for effectiveness.
• Develop a fraud database to monitor risk trends and control activities.
• Collaborate with Technology to deploy fraud-related system enhancements.
• Assist in enhancing policies to establish risk appetite and key metrics.
• Assist in preparing fraud risk management reports for regulators and stakeholders.
