Job summary

Globe Telecom seeks a Data Management Manager to lead enterprise data standards, governance, and asset development. You will drive metadata management, data quality, master data, and lineage initiatives while coordinating with Business, Architecture, and Engineering teams.

The role requires senior leadership experience in data management, with a background in telco and strong analytics capabilities using Python, SQL, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in database management, data warehousing, ETL, data visualization, and data mining.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role; telco experience preferred.
• Advanced analytics, visualization, and mapping tools knowledge (Python, SAS, SQL, Google Maps).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of enterprise data standards and data modeling.
• Oversee metadata management, data catalog, glossary, and data asset inventory.
• Own data quality standards, monitoring, and governance KPIs across projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional remediation with Data Owners and Stewards.
• Govern end-to-end data lineage and impact analysis for major initiatives.
• Lead and coach the Data Management Engineering team.
