Globe is seeking a Data Quality Lead Expert to design, engineer, and advance the Data Quality Framework. This hands-on role builds complex checks, anomaly detection, and dashboards across the data platform.

You will set engineering standards, implement monitoring, and ensure data governance alignment, influencing stakeholders through technical credibility. As a senior individual contributor, you drive end-to-end data quality initiatives and proactive data health KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, or data quality teams.
• Hands-on experience building enterprise-scale data quality checks and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the data quality check suite with robust, modular, and scalable checks.
• Architect anomaly detection and statistical monitoring (ML-based where applicable).
• Establish engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and reusable patterns for DQ implementation.
• Operationalize data quality dashboards and ensure real-time visibility of data health.
• Lead technical root-cause analysis and drive fixes with data engineering teams.
