Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. is seeking a Data Management Specialist to collaborate with the Data Management Group and Governance council to maintain data definitions, rules, and standards. You will drive improvement across processes and lead data quality initiatives while coordinating with Data Owners and SAP/ERP teams.

The role requires building dashboards, KPIs, and reports, along with developing SOPs and templates. Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Management Group and Data Governance council to maintain enterprise data definitions, business rules, and standards.
• Identify business processes affecting data management and lead improvement with teams.
• Define, track and report enterprise data governance SLA, KPI/metrics to governance council.
• Create data quality assurance documents with DQ Expert (checklists, SOPs, templates).
• Review DQ scorecard results with Data Owners and DQ Expert.
• Improve processes with poor data quality scores.
• Lead RCA creation and ensure controls are followed to avoid recurring issues.
• Escalate and evaluate issues with Master Data Specialist and Data Owners.
• Assess solutions with Developers and define software/app development requirements.
• Oversee development, testing, and implementation of data management solutions.
• Provide data management training to Data Stakeholders.
• Coach Master Data Specialist on data management processes.
• Build capability to sustain operational excellence and customer service levels internal to the company.
• Document data management processes and cascade information to stakeholders.
• Manage initiatives approved by Data Governance Council.
• Conduct data audits and reviews of systems, applications, and processes.
