Job summary

ESOL IT SERVICES INC. is seeking a senior data analytics professional to partner with cross-functional teams and regional leaders across Asia.

The role focuses on accurate, timely reporting of sales and orders, incentive administration, and data-driven recommendations to drive operational excellence. You will develop Power BI dashboards, manage data quality, and support monthly performance reports while coordinating incentive parameters with sales and HR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 6–8 years of experience in data analytics, BI, and operations support.
• Strong experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in data consolidation, reporting, and handling large datasets.
• Ability to present insights to C-level executives across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales and orders reporting, analytics, and incentive administration.
• Coordinate with Sales Directors, HR, and regional leaders on incentive parameters.
• Prepare and distribute monthly sales, orders, backlog, distributor, and performance reports.
• Support SIOP calls by analyzing pipelines and order trends.
• Lead data management initiatives and drive process improvements via automation.
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards using DAX for meaningful insights.
• Serve as primary contact for commission and incentive concerns.
• Provide cross-functional backup to ensure business continuity.
• Present insights to senior leadership across Asia.
• Mentor junior team members.
