Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• 3+ years in REPH DRV.
• PDP rating of at least 2 in the previous year.
• Advanced Excel and MBSI proficiency.
• Knowledgeable in PowerBI.
• Trainings on Automation Fundamentals, Process Excellence, Agile, Digital Transformation, Unconscious Bias and Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 6 months.
• Must not have Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the completion of assigned projects in good quality and maintaining SLA’s.
• Responsible for assisting junior team members on assigned projects.
• Identify & advance enhancement/improvement opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
