Job summary

REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. in Metro Manila seeks an experienced data analytics specialist who will lead multiple projects as SME and coordinate with US product managers to ensure timely completion.

You will use Advanced Excel, MSBI and Power BI to deliver actionable insights, mentor junior team members, identify opportunities for optimization, and uphold SLA quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel and MSBI proficiency; Power BI skills preferred.
• Training in Automation, Process Excellence, Agile, Digital Transformation, Unconscious Bias or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage completion of assigned projects within SLA and high quality.
• Mentor junior team members on projects.
• Identify and advance enhancement opportunities.

Job Summary:

This is an individual contributor role who will manage tasks related to 4 or more projects and is recognized as a leader or SME in two of the projects. He or she will be an indirect contact for stakeholder and will have proactive direct interaction with US product managers for their recognized projects, stakeholders and relevant parties to ensure project completion.

Accountabilities:

• Accountable for the completion of assigned projects in good quality and maintaining SLA’s
• Responsible for assisting junior team members on assigned projects
• Identify & advance enhancement/improvement opportunities
• Performother duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience

• Advanced Excel and MBSI proficiency
• Knowledgeable in PowerBI and other Data Analytics tools.
• Trainings on Automation Fundamentals, Process Excellence, Agile, Digital Transformation, Unconscious Bias and Lean Six Sigma is preferred
