Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced individual contributor to manage tasks across 4 or more projects in REPH DRV. You will act as a SME in two projects and engage proactively with US product managers to ensure project completion and alignment with OKC guidance.

You will also mentor juniors, drive improvements, and identify opportunities for process enhancement while maintaining SLA commitments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 3 years in REPH DRV.
• PDP rating of at least 2 in the previous year.
• Advanced Excel and MBSI proficiency.
• Knowledgeable in PowerBI.
• Trainings on Automation Fundamentals, Process Excellence, Agile, Digital Transformation, Unconscious Bias and Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• No Disciplinary Action within the past 6 months.
• No Attendance or Punctuality issues in the past 12 months.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Job Summary

He or she will be an indirect contact for OKC and will have proactive direct interaction with US product managers for their recognized projects, REPH DRV team and relevant parties to ensure project completion.

• Responsible for assisting junior team members on assigned projects


• Identify & advance enhancement/improvement opportunities


• Performother duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder


• Must be at least 3 years in REPH DRV


• Consistent performance with a PDP rating of at least 2 in the previous year


• Advanced Excel and MBSI proficiency


• Knowledgeable in PowerBI


• Trainings on Automation Fundamentals, Process Excellence, Agile, Digital Transformation, Unconscious Bias and Lean Six Sigma is preferred


• Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 6 months


• Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months


• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
