Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking an Analyst, Global Analytic Insights to partner with business units and derive in-depth customer and service insights. You will lead a small analytic team, manage projects, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve call center metrics in a hybrid work setup.

You will apply statistical methods, transform raw data into actionable information, and communicate findings to executives and stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 2–4 years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
