Job summary

RELX is seeking an experienced project specialist to manage tasks across 4 or more projects within REPH DRV. You will serve as a leader or SME on multiple initiatives and coordinate with US product managers and OKC for project delivery.

You will also mentor junior colleagues, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure quality and SLA adherence, while embracing AI tools to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Must be at least 3 years in REPH DRV
• Consistent performance with a PDP rating of at least 2 in the previous year
• Advanced Excel and MBSI proficiency
• Knowledgeable in PowerBI
• Trainings on Automation Fundamentals, Process Excellence, Agile, Digital Transformation, Unconscious Bias and Lean Six Sigma is preferred
• Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 6 months
• Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the completion of assigned projects in good quality and maintaining SLA’s
• Responsible for assisting junior team members on assigned projects
• Identify & advance enhancement/improvement opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned
